Michael Katz Discusses Inflation Research at Time Summit

AQR Principal Michael Katz was invited to discuss his recent research on inflation and equity investing at the inaugural Tactical Investment Management Education (TIME) Summit in White Plains, N.Y., on May 15.

In “Are Stocks Real Assets?” — a recent working paper written with fellow AQR academic Lars Nielsen and UCLA Professor Hanno Lustig — he studied how local stock market investors adjust nominal discount rates in response to news about the path of future local inflation.
