AQR has again earned a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI), making the firm one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” for the fourth consecutive year.
This award recognizes our firm’s long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion, and our belief in fostering an environment where employees can bring their authentic selves to work, feel a sense of belonging and thrive in their careers.
Measuring LGBTQ+ workplace equality, the CEI is a national benchmarking survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign, the largest national LGBTQ+ civil rights organization. A score of 100 on the survey requires comprehensive benefits, policies, training, education, community involvement and senior sponsorship. This marks the fourth year the firm has participated in the survey and the fourth time AQR received a score of 100%.
