Jen Frost

Jen Frost is a Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer at AQR Capital Management. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy and operations of the firm's human capital agenda including recruiting, talent development, advisory services, compensation and people analytics. Prior to joining AQR, Jen was a Managing Director and Executive Coach at CRA Consulting where she provided coaching and counsel to senior leaders primarily in financial services. Previously, Jen spent 14 years in human resources at Credit Suisse, most recently as the Global Head of Human Resources for the Investment Bank and the Asset Management divisions. Jen earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
