Our 8-week summer program provides you with the opportunity to collaborate with talented people, receive comprehensive training, and experience what it’s like to work at AQR. You’ll be encouraged to express ideas and contribute to innovative projects. You’ll also find numerous opportunities throughout the summer to connect with fellow AQR interns and employees through social and networking events.
Your Academic Journey: Continue to Learn
From day one, careers at AQR focus on learning, collaborating and sharing ideas. Interns undergo comprehensive training bootcamps covering a range of topics in finance and technology. Our training and development program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and grow both personally and professionally.
Internship Application Process and Timeline
- AQR India interns are from emplaned universities and are encouraged to apply to AQR through their respective campus placement centers.
- After applying, students will be asked to take an online test and participate in a comprehensive interview process.
- The results will be announced through each student’s respective placement coordinators.
- AQR’s internship program in Bangalore is eight weeks, from May to July.
