Connection and Community
Employees come together for traditions like Pub Quiz and Halloween Kids Day, and connect over ice-cream Wednesdays, food truck socials, and ping pong tournaments. We host Pickles n’ Slaw, a fun lunch-time interview series where employees can hear from senior leaders from throughout the firm. We also provide opportunities for our employees to volunteer together and offer one day off a year for employees to volunteer with an organization of their choice.

Our close proximity also puts everything New York City has to offer within easy reach. Many of our people live in Manhattan and commute together on Metro North. In addition to our headquarters in Connecticut, we also have offices in Bangalore, Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Munich, and Sydney.
