Our 10-week summer program puts real work of the firm in your hands and gives you the opportunity to truly make an impact. Experience what it’s like to work at AQR.
Meaningful Work
You will work alongside AQR employees on real projects for the firm, learning firsthand from some of the best and brightest in the industry.
Professional Skills Development
You will take part in an extensive Quanta curriculum of professional skills led by both internal and external experts. Programs have included professional writing seminars, a series on effective communications and sessions on how to successfully transition from campus to a corporate environment.
Engagement
You’ll learn directly from AQR’s founders and senior leaders about the firm’s history, culture and investment philosophy and gain exposure to all aspects of our business.
Feedback and Mentorship
You’ll be supported by both a manager and a mentor with day-to-day guidance and performance feedback.
Social Connectivity
You will have fun and connect with your fellow AQR interns and employees through social events, such as trivia nights, cooking classes, ping pong tournaments and baseball games.

Program Details
Internship applications for the coming summer will be live on our careers page beginning June 30 to mid-August, with interviews taking place throughout September. The ten-week internship begins the first week of June and runs through mid-August.
