Technical Skills and Knowledge

QUANTA offers programs designed to keep our people at the forefront of their fields. Examples include a department-specific lecture series to help employees excel in their roles or the firmwide Sum of the Parts series, where they can learn about key initiatives throughout AQR.

Leadership and Management

We support the professional development of our employees with programs at every career stage. These include sessions on building credibility; a bootcamp to equip new managers with the core skills to lead others; or programs for newly promoted employees to further develop their personal leadership at the next level.

Personal Well-Being

To help our employees focus on their well-being, we invite guest speakers and host sessions across a range of topics. Prior programs have included sessions on sleep, stress management and the “Science of Happiness.”
