Each summer, we welcome undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students to a 10-week summer internship program designed to provide an exceptional learning experience. As an intern, you will work alongside AQR professionals, be immersed in AQR values, learn through our Quanta Academy, collaborate with peers and demonstrate your abilities through projects tied to the actual work of our firm.

Learning
Quanta Academy Summer Term provides classes ranging from understanding AQR to group-specific training, led by internal and external faculty.
Collaboration
You will work on a summer-long project, collaborating with colleagues at all levels across AQR and presenting your work at the conclusion of your internship.
Mentorship
Managers and mentors will provide you with ongoing guidance and feedback to help you succeed.
Networking
The AQR intern experience includes networking activities and events, culminating in the annual Innovation Competition, a popular event that highlights our culture of problem-solving and sharing insights.
